Provider: LEGALISAI ANDREJS SMOĻAKS (jdg) Website: https://legalisai.eu Effective date: 2026-04-10 Version: 1.0
Summary (non-binding): We provide a SaaS tool that uses AI to generate draft compliance-related documents ("Outputs"). Outputs are not legal advice. You are responsible for how you use them.
The Service generates AI-produced draft documents based on your inputs. Outputs are intended to support compliance preparation and internal workflows.
AI notice. This Service uses an AI system to generate document drafts. Outputs are AI-generated drafts and are not legal advice.
The Service is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Using the Service does not create an attorney–client relationship.
You agree to:
No personal data in inputs. The Service is designed for organisational/technical information. Do not enter personal data (e.g., names, emails, ID numbers) into free-text fields. If you do, you represent you have a lawful basis and you accept responsibility.
Outputs may contain errors, omissions, or assumptions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we provide the Service and Outputs "as is" and disclaim warranties (including fitness for a particular purpose, legal correctness, completeness, and non-infringement).
You acknowledge you are interacting with an AI system. Outputs may be visibly labelled (e.g., "AI-generated draft") and may include machine-readable markers/metadata indicating AI generation.
You must safeguard credentials and ensure only authorised persons access your account. You must not:
8.1. The Service is offered exclusively to business users acting in the course of their trade, business, craft or profession. By subscribing or placing an order, the Customer represents and warrants that it is not a consumer within the meaning of Art. 22¹ of the Polish Civil Code or equivalent EU consumer protection legislation.
8.2. Fees are described on the pricing page or in an individual order form. All prices are stated in the currency indicated. VAT is added where applicable under Polish and EU tax law.
8.3. Because the Service provides a digital deliverable (AI-generated draft document) that is fully rendered immediately upon generation, no refund is due once the Customer has initiated generation. This reflects the standard commercial practice for digital B2B services and is not subject to the consumer withdrawal regime of the Polish Act on Consumer Rights (Ustawa o prawach konsumenta) because the Customer is not a consumer.
8.4. Credit packages. Where the Service is sold in the form of a credit package:
8.5. The Customer may cancel any recurring subscription at any time, with effect at the end of the then-current billing period. Already-paid fees for the current period are not refunded.
8.6. In case of the Provider's failure to deliver the Service as described, the Customer's remedies are limited to re-generation of the document at no additional cost, or refund at the Provider's sole discretion. This does not exclude the Customer's statutory rights under applicable commercial law.
We and our licensors own the Service, templates, and underlying methodology. Subject to payment and these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive licence to use generated Outputs for your internal business purposes. You may not resell templates or the Service without our written permission.
If you purchase the Verified Service:
We process minimal data needed to operate the Service (e.g., account, billing, security logs). Business Users may be asked to accept a Data Processing Agreement (DPA). See our Privacy Policy and DPA.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Provider is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Provider's total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
Governing law: Poland. The Service constitutes a service provided by electronic means within the meaning of the Polish Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means (ustawa o świadczeniu usług drogą elektroniczną, Dz.U. 2002 nr 144 poz. 1204, as amended) and Directive 2000/31/EC. Disputes should be attempted to be resolved informally first. Courts of competent jurisdiction in Poland shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
